ON-CALL VOLUNTEERS WANTED:
Seeking a list of parent volunteers who may be called on a last minute basis to cover empty volunteer slots; especially during lunch and recess (11:45 to 12:30 daily). If your schedule allows for some versatility, maybe we could call and ask you to help out at school. May we count on you? Sign-up at the School Office.

The Island School DRINK POUCH BRIGADE
A new way to earn cash for our school – by collecting empty drink pouches!
We have teamed up with Terracycle.net to recycle empty drink pouches (CapriSun, Honest Kids & Kool-Aid). That is as an eco-friendly innovator, TerraCycle converts the used drink pouches into unique fashion bags, tote bags, pencil cases, and other items for kids and adults! Being Green and earning cash for our school is super easy – Save those Drink Pouches! Collection bin coming soon…..
*Pouches must be EMPTY and the straw removed*
